If your flight is cancelled we can request a refund from the airline and refund you less an administration fee of 200 kr per person upon receipt of funds from airline. Under these extreme conditions this process should take no more than approximately 4-6 weeks. Please note that premium paid for add-ons "FlySmarter GOLD", "Konkursbeskyttelse", "Afbestillingsbeskyttelse" and "FlySmarter Protect" are not refundable as they are deemed as used.

Due to the situation surrounding the Corona virus and the thousands of cancelled flights we are currently only able to assist travelers with departures within the next 3 days.

We are utilizing all possible resources but have to prioritize by departure date.
